Post-COVID-19 Syndrome is the set of clinical manifestations that is generated during or after COVID-19 infection, lasts longer than 12 weeks and is not explained by another diagnosis, this syndrome requires a multidisciplinary approach that allows the follow-up of the patients involved and the application of preventive measures. The term “Long COVID” is preferred for persistent symptoms lasting more than four weeks. This review aims to determine the prevalence and main manifestations of Long COVID. This study is of the Bibliographic Review type, 32 studies were included where the prevalence of CL ranged between 48.9% and 100%, in populations that had been hospitalized and not hospitalized for COVID-19 and with mild to critical illness. , the characterization of the patients was carried out according to their age, sex and clinical criteria during the infection, the most frequent manifestations were fatigue, dyspnea, sleep and attention disorders; the risk factors were possibly female sex, age range from 49 to >55 years, greater number of different symptoms in the first week of infection, presence of chronic medical conditions or comorbidities, hospital stay, ICU, elevated lymphocytes, low glucose levels and CK upon hospital admission and presence of accreditations
