Ítem Acceso Abierto Modelo de negocios para el bar restaurante Moca - Lounge, Azogues 2017(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2018) Idrovo Palacios, Edgar Xavier; Ormaza Andrade, Jorge Edwin; 0300955820; ., .This research work is focused on the restaurant bar MOCA LOUNGE of the city of Azogues, which arises from the problem that, the lack of a business model has a negative impact on the quality of its service, and therefore its participation in the market is smaller. Based on this, and with the objective of designing a business model, a descriptive and proactive methodology with a mixed approach was used, and a market study was carried out based on the application of surveys and direct observation. Next, the technical aspects of the proposal were delimited, the legal figure of the business was established, as well as the distribution of the plant, the location, and process engineering. As an analysis element for the feasibility, all the budgets were elaborated that allowed calculating the Net Present Value and the Internal Rate of Return of the investment. Finally, it was concluded that the business is totally viable, and through a series of strategies it can reach a considerable participation within its market.
