Due to user demand, social networks are booming as a new showcase for trade through photographs, videos, stories that are part of digital business. The results of this research show that e commerce through social networks facilitates a digital approach between supplier and consumer for the sale and purchase of products online. It allows knowing techniques and strategies for entrepreneurs to be successful. It describes the appropriate tips for the use and management of a commercial account on Instagram. The present work was supported, among other research techniques, by observation, bibliographic documents, surveys to entrepreneurs in exhibition centers, interviews with experts and specialists, within the framework of virtual ethnography with emphasis on qualitative and quantitative.
