Ítem Solo Metadatos Análisis de las empresas que producen objetos plásticos y su posible vulneración a los derechos de la naturaleza.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Guillen Calle, Michael Patricio; Fajardo Romero, Carlos Julio; 0106439847This research addresses the production of plastic objects in companies in the field of environmental law, recognising nature as a subject of rights and proposing legal strategies to guarantee its protection. In order to analyse the production in companies that produce plastic objects and the possible violation of the right to nature as established in Ecuadorian legislation, an exploratory and descriptive type of research was carried out, using a qualitative approach to collect and analyse information from jurisprudence and doctrine on the rights of nature, comparative law and interviews with jurists. As part of the findings, there is legislation in the region that regulates the use of single-use plastics. However, in Ecuador there are still problems that limit the effectiveness of the laws, so lines of action related to the production of plastic objects are proposed.
