Ítem Acceso Abierto El retiro de funciones por parte del empleador al trabajador para ser considerado como causal de Visto Bueno(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Galindo Orellana, Daniel Mateo; Carpio Flores, Luis Manuel; 0104801949The approval is a legal figure consecrated within our legal system whose purpose is to end the employment relationship between the worker and the employer unilaterally; within our Labor Code there are several points through which the worker or the employer can request the approval process before the competent authority that is the Labor Inspector, however, there are certain circumstances in which the employer proceeds to withdraw the functions for which a worker was hired, with the purpose of ending the employment relationship; This constitutes a violation of rights and despite this, it is not framed within the possible causes of approval in favor of the worker in accordance with the provisions of our legal system. That is why in the development of this research work it is intended to analyze whether or not this assumption should be considered as one of the causes more than approval in favor of the worker to end the employment relationship unilaterally. For this then, an analytical - synthetic research methodology will be used to determine whether or not it is possible to insert this causal within our legal system, in addition, through the deductive - inductive method, the existing need for this regularization will be justified due to the multiple cases that could be presented, for this, the research topic raised from the generalities to the particularities of the same will be developed.
