Ítem Acceso Abierto Rechazo renal agudo mediado por anticuerpos posterior a vacuna m RNA para SARS-COV2(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Feican Haro, Lisseth Estefania; Coronel Montero, Jorge Sebastián; 0105729990Patients who have undergone renal transplantation are necessarily immunosuppressed to avoid rejection of the transplanted organ, so they are susceptible to a variety of opportunistic infections that can lead to rejection of the transplanted organ. A case is presented in this work in which a 29-year-old female patient, who five years ago received a renal transplant due to uncomplicated lupus nephritis; after infection by COVID-19 (coronavirus disease); she presented symptoms of acute renal rejection. Conclusion: The disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, called COVID-19, presents variable clinical manifestations, for which vaccination has been a requirement of great importance in solid organ recipient patients as in the rest of the population. However, complications resulting from vaccination are present and can cause a variety of complications, such as renal graft rejection
