With everything said then, in the development of this investigation, it is intended to carry out an analysis, above all normative, of the legal figure of emancipation and of the acts of commerce that are carried out in our country, in order to thus be able to determine how it is that the precarious regulatory regulations or the lack of law causes limitations in the exercise of this power, as well as the violation of the rights of the minor.
