The objective ofthis research was to discover the sequelae suffered by the permanent tooth after suffering a dentoalveolar trauma in the primary dentition. Materials and methods: the methodology applied was the bibliographic compilation of dental trauma followed by clinical cases from 2014 - 2020, only clinical cases showing TDA in deciduous dentition and permanent teeth, ages under 8 years were considered readable. Results: a total of 14 clinical cases were included dividing it into two series of cases and 12 individual clinical cases, showing that the mildest injuries were concussion and subluxation in most cases without suffering sequelae in the permanent tooth. The most serious traumas were considered to be: intrusive, extrusive, and lateral luxation promoting sequelae of enamel hypoplasia, dental malposition, chronological alteration of early or late eruption with dental retrusion, protrusion, vestibular, enamel fracture, alterations in the shape and color of the tooth and finally complete avulsion of the permanent tooth. Conclusion: The tissues of the oral cavity are closely related so that if only one of them is affected it can have repercussions on the successors depending on the severity of the trauma. For this reason, it is essential to see a specialist to treat any dental injury with the appropriate dental follow-up to avo id future schools in the permanent teeth since the oral health and esthetics of the child depend on this.
