Likewise, the most common methodology that service companies in Latin America use for continuous improvement is presented. The methodology used in this research is a product of the review of scientific articles from the last 5 years, analyzed by means of the observation technique and the synthetic analytical method, within the results obtained, it is shown a chart where it can be clearly seen the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard with the addition of the circle of continuous improvement. It is concluded that the quality management system is convenient for service companies, as it helps corporate growth by providing services with excellent quality, thus contributing to maintain and continuously improve the services to be offered.
