The identified problem centers on vehicular congestion, affecting the intersection performance. The rationale lies in optimizing road space utilization and reducing waiting times, potentially impacting urban mobility and citizens' quality of life. This research aims to evaluate and implement the proposed strategy. It is a traffic simulation study using SUMO. The study universe encompasses the mentioned intersection, and the sample size is determined through detailed simulations. The suggested strategy is expected to significantly improve traffic flow, with economic, social, and scientific benefits.
