It examines different concepts through a doctrinal, jurisprudential, and legal framework to identify the operation of these phenomena within the State and their consequences. Furthermore, it addresses a specific case demonstrating how this influence has undermined the Ecuadorian justice system. It emphasizes the importance of strengthening the transparency of judicial institutions and their officials. The study concludes by advocating for legal reforms and the implementation of necessary public policies to address the issues affecting society's coexistence, thereby ensuring an effective, transparent, and resilient judicial system against the challenges it faces.
