- ÍtemAcceso AbiertoAnálisis de la factibilidad de la adopción prenatal en el ecuador.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Tenecora Peralta, Stephany Dennise; Clavijo Banda, Pablo Israel; Culcay Villavicencio, Ivan Patricio; 0106747710; 0104369962In international law, the right to life is recognized for the first time in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, in Article 3; "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person" (Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948). In Ecuador, it is stated in the 2008 Constitution as the right of life in Article 66, first paragraph, which is related to Article 45 of the same constitutional text: "The State shall recognize and guarantee life, including the care and protection from the moment of conception" (CRE, 2008). Therefore, in Ecuador, actions that violate this right are not permitted. With this in mind, it is necessary to refer to the issue that concerns us, which is the analysis of the feasibility of prenatal adoption in Ecuador, since the lack of regulations regarding this area requires us to refer to our Magna Carta and the right of life and to be able to access in a certain way to adopt an unborn child to safeguard the life of that child.
