Ítem Acceso Abierto Diseño de un Modelo de Negocio para la Empresa de Eventos y Espectáculos Masterflash de la Ciudad de Azogues, Período 2017-2018.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2019) Chuqui Castro, Jorge Luis; Ochoa Crespo, Juan Diego; 0302478409; ., .The present research work arises from the problem of the lack of a business model in the EVENTS AND SHOWS MASTERFLASH company, which hinders its marketing and pricing strategies, which seeks to design a model according to the company, based on an internal diagnosis and a market analysis, for the delimitation of marketing strategies and prices, for which methods of direct observation, analysis and synthesis were used, inductive and deductive, descriptive and experimental and historical. It began with the approach of the problem justifying why a business model should be established, establishing methodologies and calculating a sample of potential buyers, in a second chapter the art was traced where theoretical foundations were established to support the proposal, already in the third chapter studied the market through the application of a survey, analysis, quantification of results and direct observation could be exposed the roadway of the study. Next, the business model was established and the general diagnosis of the company was made and, through a technical study, the philosophy, mission, vision, values with which the company would count were established. Finally, we proceeded to the study and financial analysis, where the initial investment, depreciation, salaries, production costs, prices, budgets, income statement, net present value and internal rate of return were established that the proposal is viable from a financial vision.
