It originated in China (Wuhan), locally, nationally, and internationally, and evolved into a global pandemic. The people's-lifestyle changed in aspects, for instance, diet, physical activity, sleep, leisure, and others. The increase directly affected the holistic configuration of humans, and over the years, the consequences are still present in some people. Objective: To identify the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the lifestyle of people aged 24 to 59. Methodology: The research is a systematic review with a descriptive approach; a selection of scientific articles was performed on Scopus, SciELO, Dialnet, Zenodo, PubMed, and ProQuest databases, from 2020 to 2022. The PRISMA method’s parameters and recommendations were used to complete this process. Results: The studies show that women aged 24 to 59 were the most affected group. Regarding people's habits, there is evidence of changes in diet, physical activity, and psychological problems, including anxiety, depression, and fear. Conclusion: Lifestyles worldwide are affected by the population concerning various behaviors, for example, diet, physical activity, and sleep, which determine psychological problems, especially anxiety, depression, stress, and nutritional alterations, including overweight and obesity.
