Its applicability in postpartum women lies in the marked ancestral descent, where the actions of health professionals are carried out based on their cultural context. Objective: To conduct a literature review of Transcultural Postpartum Nursing Interventions based on Madeleine Leininger's Theory. Methodology: This research corresponds to a narrative literature review by searching scientific articles in ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Redalyc, Web of Science, LILACS, Scopus, SciELO, and PubMed. Results: Health facilities at different levels of care should offer the necessary tools to women going through the puerperium, allowing it to become a transitional process that includes families and the application of customs and traditions that do not affect the integrity of those involved. The lack of effective cross-cultural communication is the main barrier to its implementation, along with emotional distress, infections, retained placenta, and hemorrhage. Conclusions: The role of nursing professionals during the transcultural postpartum period is essential to achieve an integral and holistic approach to management, where the skills and competencies related to communication and transcultural awareness make it possible to avoid complications and the recovery of the mother's organic functionality. Keywords: Postpartum Period, Transcultural Nursing, Nursing Theory, Nursing Care.
