Ítem Acceso Abierto Anteproyecto de una vivienda de interés social con la aplicación del concepto de vivienda progresiva para personas en situación de déficit habitacional en Cuenca(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2025) Castillo Caceres, Edison Eduardo; Moscoso García, Pedro Alex; 0106102221This design proposal aims to analyze the implementation of future expansion concepts in existing housing within the project of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (MIDUVI, by its Spanish acronym). The case study focuses on the location of the project and the deficiencies it presents, which make it difficult to meet the needs of the residents. The objective is to create a housing design that evolves and grows over time, adapting to each homeowner’s needs to avoid facing comfort problems in the spaces. Furthermore, it is intended to provide decent housing to low-income individuals, with a modern design and the implementation of efficient design strategies. The project will aim to be affordable, making it accessible to people currently suffering from a housing shortage in the city. The result will be an analysis and a design proposal for new housing based on the needs identified in the diagnostic assessment. This housing model can be used in various social interest projects within the same entity.
