Ítem Acceso Abierto Vulneración de los derechos laborales y de la seguridad social de los trabajadores inmigrantes de las microempresas del cantón Cuenca , para el año 2018(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2018) Berrezueta Orellana, Monica Susana; Barrera Bravo, Fausto Ricardo; 0103730875Ecuador is a constiucionalist and guaranteeing of human rights country, subscriber of several Conventions and international treties, whose internal regulations protect in a strict sense the rightsof all people who live and reside in Ecuador, however, the practice shows a totally different really, there is a violation of rights of the labor and social security matters. This research work is aimed at immigrant workers in the micro interprises of the Cuenca Canton, whose causes are excessive labor supply, ignorance of Ecuadorian legal regulations and the competitiveness of micro- entrepreneurs. This violation of labor rights leads to other problems that directly affect the workers life and his family environment, it is denied the oppotunity to afford a dignified life, guive the need to obtain fixed income that he becomes a slave of his own work, being this the only way out to sustain hids home and his famillys need.
