The Organic Law of Humanitarian Support was created to ensure the sustainability of labor. The study is based on reducing working hours, which is detrimental to the worker as the vulnerable party in an employment relationship and has brought negative consequences for the affected individual in his job and his family as a breadwinner. The aim of this research project for future legal professionals is to identify whether or not the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support is unconstitutional concerning working hours and whether or not it affects the principles of protection and intangibility.
