Ítem Solo Metadatos Jueces Especializados en Justicia Constitucional en el Ecuador.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) SARMIENTO SOLANO, IRMA ADRIANA; ATIENCIA ESPINOZA., CINTHYA ROXANA; FLORES IDROVO, LUIS MANUEL; 0105299721; 0105124184The general objective of this research was to analyze the creation of Judges specialized in Constitutional Justice in Ecuador. This study was designed according to the positivist paradigm, following the guidelines based on a descriptive research from a quantitative point of view, providing descriptive data based on a documentary-bibliographic research, analysis of doctrines, normative bodies, legal documents, bibliographies and refereed works. It is concluded that constitutional justice is in charge of knowing the guarantee of pure jurisdiction, and must be understood not only from the technical point of view, but also from the practical point of view, and be known by the citizenship. It is necessary to train specialized judges in the Constitutional Court so that the ordinary judges are not overloaded with work, which causes delays in the ordinary processes, since they are dedicated to the Constitutional, because it is of greater weight, violating the human rights of citizens.
