Propuesta de intervención urbana arquitectónica en al avenida de la Virgen de la ciudad de Azogues

The present preliminary project seeks the solution to the urban-architectural problems on Virgen de la Nube Ave., the variables are: physical environment, urban mobility and territorial ordering. A deep bibliographic review was applied to analyze these issues, in addition suggestions from economy and the legal framework were considered, which were fundamental to open the range of alternatives and thus elaborate the proposal, this design allowed us the idea of the environment that we need, the logic of the results are reflected in the construction of new spaces, as well as the elimination of architectural barriers, expansion of sidewalks, implementation of street furniture, renovation of lights, planting of vegetation of wide chromatic range, without affecting the vehicular and pedestrian accesses of the neighbors and especially highlighting the existing urban heritage in the sector, based on this we conclude that the proposed intervention focuses on generating public space that integrates various activities and needs of users and passers-by, and conceptualizing the criterion that the pedestrian is the player.
