Ítem Acceso Abierto Inventario de elementos menores de la vivienda vernácula: parroquia Cojitambo, cantón Azogues(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2019) León Escandón, Wilmer Alfredo; Mogrovejo Rivera, Fabián; 0105422349; ., .This study focuses on the minor elements (carpentry) in the vernacular housing of the Cojitambo parish, since, in previous studies, with the project: Vernacular Rural Architecture in Azogues - Ecuador. Case: Cojitambo Parish, carried out by the Architect Fabián Mogrovejo, it has been demonstrated that the study area is the repository of a considerable number of houses with a unique construction typology. Chapter 1 contains the generalities, it includes the problem, justification, objectives; where its main objective is to inventory the minor elements of the vernacular housing such as balconies, corbels, columns, doors, and windows of the Cojitambo parish, and finally your hypothesis Chapter 2 addresses the state of art that corresponds to the following topics: Vernacular architecture, construction techniques stony and bahareque, minor elements and inventory systems, which allowed to understand the whole theory of its most important aspects. Chapter 3 includes the methodological framework, it goes from the location of the units to the selection of high-interest units. The following criteria were taken into account: state of conservation, expressive quality, morphological solution and variety of the element. Chapter 4 covers the survey and description of selected minor elements. It consists of the graphics and photographic record which facilitated the description corresponding to each element. The research ends by inventing the minor elements through technical sheets, which will allow future generations to appreciate this record of the historical and cultural heritage of our area.
