In Ecuador as well as worldwide, a health emergency caused by COVID-19 disease has arisen which brought the suspension of work activities, it is then that it affects the principle of labor transaction because it was not observed in the Ministerial Agreements as a preventive fact for the violation of workers' rights, since transactions are valid in labor matters when they are carried out before a competent authority. This research conducted a dogmatic study on the principle of labor transaction and the importance of its applicability to the infra-constitutional rules elaborated by the Ministry of Labor, then the principles of inalienability and intangibility were examined, due to non-observance in Ministerial Agreements 077 and 080. Finally, an analysis of Ministerial Agreements 077 and 080 was performed to verify the impact on the principle of labor transactions.
