This research work comes up from the lack of a Function's Manual at" Comercial Ordoñez" Company, which generates complications in the administrative operations and also in the development of the same. For this reason, the purpose is to design a Function's Manual that contributes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in this organization, where detailing each of the functions with which workers must fulfill according to their position work. Thus, contributing to the good performance of the Company. The employees do not have a clear idea about the roles they are assigned as a part of their engagement. Some responsibilities and activities are orally charged by the manager. The current diagnostic of the situation at" Comercial Ordoñez" Company allowed to know the needs that it has. As well as not having a Function's Manual that allows an administration that promote effectiveness and efficiency at the Institution. The design of the proposed manual is aimed to all personnel that work in this organization, which details each of the functions with which the employees have to accomplish.
