Ítem Acceso Abierto Estratégias de reclutamiento y selección de personal para la cooperativa Ambato en cuenca provincia del Azuay(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Cochancela Rocano, Mónica Esthela; Ramos Mosquera, Mayra Alejandra; Espinoza Pillaga, Héctor Alejandro; 0106123573; 0104521802This research project is developed in Cuenca, taking as a reference point the Ambato Cooperative, Cuenca headquarters, because it has recently entered the market and its main office is in the city of Ambato. The problem of the investigation arises because it does not have defined manuals and procedures for selecting personnel. This study aims to design recruitment and personnel selection strategies to order each recruitment and selection process methodologically. With the application of the strategies, it is intended to satisfy the needs raised by the human resources department. The methodology applied in the research is descriptive under the quantitative and qualitative approach, applying the survey technique that will be directed to the human resources area and through an interview or a direct dialogue with the head of that area. The results show that the cooperative currently does not have a recruitment and selection process, so the selection of personnel is made empirically and by affinity to the applicants. The improvement proposal is presented to optimize the management of human talent since it analyzes the process from the moment of personnel selection to the verification of its results.
