Ítem Acceso Abierto Sincronización de la emergencia para la punción folicular en vacas holstein en producción(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2021) Idrovo Calle, Dorian Fernando; Argudo Garzón , Daniel Ernesto; 0104608104Livestock production activities are the most carried out worldwide, by means of embryo transfer, genetically improved animals can be obtained, which has allowed the increase in productive development. The objective of this study was to evaluate the use of the hormone’s GnRH and estradiol benzoate separately, adding a progesterone implant 0.6 g and 500 µg of Cloprostenol in both protocols, in order to synchronize the follicular wave and recover the largest number of oocytes. of good quality by OPU in Holstein cows in production. Twelve cows were evaluated with four repetitions, with rest for a period of 7 days, the groups were interspersed between GnRH and BE, after the removal of the implant at 5 days the ECO was performed and the number and size of follicles were evaluated and if present corpus luteum; The evaluation of the recovery rate, the quantity and the quality of oocytes was carried out by microscopy with the Cresyl Brilliant Blue and Trypan Blue stains. The results showed that the synchronization of the follicular wave with GnRH and BE did not present a significant difference prior to follicular puncture (OPU), since we were able to synchronize efficiently, in relation to the quantity and quality of oocytes, as well as in the production of embryos did not show a difference between the two treatments used.
