The hats more than a product are considered cultural heritage in Ecuador, which could find their origins in the aboriginal Mandan cultures. Nowadays, hats are very well commercialized in other countries, so the present work wants to implement an investment and management project of a recreation center for the production of straw hats in Azogues. So that this art in our city does not get lost. The first chapter deals with the theories that refer to implementing a company taken from different websites, chapter II describes the methodological framework that responds to the scientific method and chapter III will find the business proposal with product description and financing that will have the same.
