Physical activity becomes in the present times an urgent need for the different diseases that come with sedentary is, work stress in people and even more so in women because of their different reproductive activities. The research aims to establish a business model for the implementation of a women-only "Perfect Body" gym in the city of Azogues. The methodology used for research is exploratory and descriptive with the use of data from primary and secondary sources and the application of the survey instrument for data collection. The results show that there is unmet potential demand and its economic and financial assessment determine an internal rate of return (TIR) of 17.91%, and; Net Present Value (VAN) of 24,872.00, which makes the implementation of the proposal feasible.
