Objective: Design a business model by applying the methodology of scientific research for the tertiary sector focused on the services factor. Methodology: Exploratory and descriptive among the residents of the city of Apogees, through a sociodemographic survey to determine the preferences and acceptance of a new cemetery in the city of Azogues. Results: The feasibility of a new cemetery in the city of Azogues is positive, since it is an innovative idea for the services offered, in addition to the facilities in options and services. The projection in the financial field is positive with an NPV of $1’018.107,10 and an IRR of 17%, which makes the project valid. Methodology: An exploratory and descriptive study with a quantitative approach in the city of Azogues, among its inhabitants, through a sociodemographic survey to determine the interest and feasibility of creating a female training school in the city. Results: The professional training of women's football in the city of Azogues is a sporting and business opportunity, since there is no similar one in this area, to more than the boys or mixed schools, so its implementation will give good results, the projection Financial performance gives an NPV of 23.755 and an IRR of 20%, which reflects the economic opportunity of this business. It is intended to create a micro enterprise, within the popular and solidarity economy. It will be introduced in the market where it will be produced and marketed as "Art with Pallets". We currently live in a society with a very high level of pollution. That is why, the company wants to give the initiative of recycling or the reuse of waste, wood waste known as pallets, which are used in the industries for the transport of materials. For the introduction of the company, a market study was carried out in the geographical space where it will be executed and launched. That is, in the city of Azogues, using a sampling between the ages of 20 to 70 years, considering a limit of estimation error of 5% and a confidence level of 95%. For the application of the survey these variables were considered: recall, likes, preferences, consumption habits and frequency of consumption. This helps determine the annual potential demand, purchase ritual, perceived price and quality level. The technical study establishes the most optimal location or position for the operation of the company which is made of; the administrator, the secretary, two people in the production area and two people in the sales and advertising area. Methodology: Cross-sectional research, quantitative type with a descriptive approach. Through a sociodemographic survey to know the preferences and possibilities of potential clients looking for a home or land. Results: The implementation of a condominium in the Borrero parish, is a business opportunity that will not only benefit those who are willing to do so but also for people who are looking for a home or land to build, since the financial projection executed is favorable with a VAN of $ 1’261.010 and an IRR of 25%, which makes the implementation of this project feasible. It began with the approach of the problem justifying why a business model should be established, establishing methodologies and calculating a sample of potential buyers, in a second chapter the art was traced where theoretical foundations were established to support the proposal, already in the third chapter studied the market through the application of a survey, analysis, quantification of results and direct observation could be exposed the roadway of the study. As such, the objective has been the development of a business model that considers an internal and external analysis of this microenterprise. As a starting point a tracking of the art was made, the methodological and theoretical foundations that support the proposal were delimited; then, the market was analyzed through the application of surveys to the sample where viability was demonstrated from the point of view of the market. Then, the business model proposal was formulated, which gave a figure to the manager's primer, the process engineering and the monetary quantification of all the technical elements that make up the business. The city is experiencing a very significant growth and development in the hotel industry during the last decade. Due to the tourist development that Ecuador has been experiencing, the receptive tourism in this city has increased considerably, since it is one of the favorite destinations for the national travelers. The proposal consists in developing a plan focused primarily on Guayaquil as the target market, that is, hosting the largest number of tourists from that place, being its first option, through the application of premium advertising plan. The Hotel, besides having basic or essential accommodation services, offers the guest a "Tourist Island Service”, which is responsible for planning and offering the lodgers and the public in general, all kind of activities. The analysis shows that applying this type of plan in the hotel, the level of occupation will increase. Right now this level is 42.2%. It is estimated to get an approximate 80% to 90% of occupation for the next years. In the first topic the work methodology is focused, for which the theme of the proposal to be investigated has been defined, what have been its antecedents in the environment that is being developed, as well as its scope; Statistical cuts with their techniques and instruments for analysis. Then we worked on the theoretical perspectives that fit the investment proposal, as a business model that is established within the Popular and Solidarity Economy; leaving thus defined what are the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the business. Next, the information of the hairdresser was obtained, with which the position in which it develops was determined, based on the external environment with its opportunities and threats, as well as the internal one with its strengths and weaknesses, in order to reduce the threats with the use of strengths and correcting weaknesses with their opportunities, all under a matrix that prioritizes the most correlated to establish strategies with their respective activities, such as a proposal for innovation. Then the qualitative information was transformed into quantitative, to know what are the revenue streams to be generated in the business, without the proposal and with the proposed proposal; additionally, a schedule of activities for implementation is prepared. The study will be focused on the automotive market, offering genuine and generic products of excellent quality, helping to meet the needs of potential customers, seeking to position themselves and contribute to the development of the productive matrix of Ecuador. The legal, administrative and financial technical feasibility is evaluated, as well as the market study. Objective: Design of an investment and management study for the "Santa Lucía" condominium located in Charasol. Methodology: Cross-sectional research, of a quantitative type with a descriptive approach, through a sociodemographic survey to find out the preferences and possibilities of potential clients looking for housing units within a private and secure environment. Results: The execution of a condominium-type real estate project in the Charasol sector is a business opportunity that will not only benefit those who are willing to do it, but also for people looking for a home, since the financial projection executed is favorable with a VAN of $ 548,696.35 and an TIR of 40%, which makes the implementation of this project feasible. This fact engages the human being to perform activities to wipe out the problem. The “Business Model; Design of an investment and management project for the installation of a bio recycling machine located in Azogues”, becomes an aid to the environment since its objective is to collect plastic bottles so that they have their proper use preventing them from ending in the streets, in the rivers, in the parks and finally in the oceans. This research was carried out to determine its viability in Azogues city, getting the acceptance in public and private institutions through applied surveys. Methodology: Through a cross-sectional - qualitative research and the use of research instruments such as the survey, the clients' tastes and needs were learned about sportswear. Results: the realization of this feasibility project resulted in the implementation of a new uniform being viable, in the case of the NPV a value of $45992 was obtained and an IRR of 22% shows that the results are positive for the project. The objective of this work is to establish a business model for the “Design of the community tourism enterprise anchored to the Quillopungo guinea pig, in the Luis Cordero parish”, which consists of a community tourism project linked to the gastronomy of the area. The methodology used for the research is descriptive. For this, the theoretical review relevant to the case study was carried out, of a scientific nature that is based on the deductive-inductive, the technique used is the survey and the instrument the questionnaire. The results obtained show information that there is a large part of the market that has not been covered, becoming the target market, in addition, the results of the economic and financial analysis are positive and profitable.
