The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive, since a market study was carried out, through the application of a survey, whose data were analyzed and were useful to determine variables regarding the potential unsatisfied demand, tastes and preferences for this market and the need for a business of this nature. In chapter one the nature of the project is developed, where the name and type of service will be specified, also determining the situational analysis of the environment in which it is expected to enter. In chapter two the market study is determined, analyzing the supply and the current demand based on the fieldwork carried out, with these results allow to establish the study of marketing of the service. The information collected in the market study will be used to carry out chapter three in order to determine the optimal location of the plant, as well as the necessary supplies and materials that are required to provide this type of service. Finally, in the chapter the financial economic study is carried out, which allows to know the financing of the project, once a budget is made for the sale of the service that is implemented, the results of the calculation of VAN and the IRR will be analyzed, with the purpose of detecting the viability of the project.
