In addition to affecting students' learning and burnout, mental health problems can have long-term effects on students' overall health and well-being. The current research aimed to analyze mental health in migrant university students. An observational, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive design was applied, with a non-probabilistic convenience sampling of 200 university students from different careers and cities between the ages of 19 and 29. The instruments involved were the Goldberg Anxiety and Depression Scale and the Psychological Well-Being Scale. The results revealed that, in the first instance, within the scope of psychological well-being, there are only significant differences between personal growth and cycles (P=0.003). Students should also be encouraged to practice self-care, including healthy sleeping habits, eating habits, exercise, and stress and anxiety management techniques. Students who receive the necessary support from their family, school, and other social circles are often willing and enthusiastic to participate in social and extracurricular activities. As they grow socially, emotionally, and academically, they may develop a greater interest in learning and retain information more effectively. It is concluded that there are no gender differences in the emotional health of university students, and prevention and institutional support are required to ensure academic and emotional flourishing.
