Therefore, it is presented as a conservative alternative, although its clinical application can be challenging. This technique has gained international recognition for its ability to restore masticatory function and aesthetics in specific cases. Detailed planning is essential for the procedure's success, including evaluating the viability of the donor tooth and the recipient site and using advanced technologies such as 3D printing to create precise surgical guides. This research aimed to report a case of dental autotransplantation in a 15-year-old female patient with agenesis of tooth 1.5. The retained dental organ 2.5 was used as the donor with the assistance of a 3D-printed model. After a 5-month follow-up, the tooth remained functional, revascularized, and with pulp vitality, indicating proper progression for this treatment.
