The intent is to immortalize cultural traditions, skills and habits of eight specific areas of Azuay: Cuenca, San Fernando, Girón, Molleturo, Nabon, Ludo, San Juan and Jima, during the period from October 2014 to February 2015. Filming interviews and photographs, and the second, post-production in the study: to which fieldwork was conducted that included. The film reflected the variety, suitable for the realization of audiovisual products natural environments and indigenous representatives scarce territory.

- ÍtemAcceso AbiertoLa publicidad radial en Cuenca y su etica: Fortalezas y debilidades comunicacionales de la publicidad radial en Cuenca desde la perspectiva de la Ley de Comunicación en Ecuador(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2015) Carpio Guevara, Andrés Santiago; Argudo Palomeque, Fabián Vladimir; 0105300453In this research, we will review the contents of several radio advertisements in the city of Cuenca to assess what is the behavior of these, especially since 2013, when he began the life of the Communications Law. For this aspect, will be captured on paper scripts that certain advertisements show the strengths and weaknesses of communication radio advertising in the city. These were obtained after monitoring some FM radios or AM, plus courtesy of producers and radio broadcasters of many years of experience. Within the content, it is concluded that, particularly in a station addressed an audience mostly peasant, this frequented misleading advertising that is, one whose product or service does not have permission, as no public institution has endorsed the legality. In addition, it is displayed how advertising has transcended throughout history, both at national and international level for a review about their role and importance in the social activity of human beings. Among the strengths of radio advertising in the city, from the perspective of the Communications Law, it has detected more interest from broadcasters, producers and control bodies, to guide for correct path media this practice for in this kind of messages. It is also evident that, after the effective date of this law, preparation, imagination, creativity and ethics that carrying out advertising messages has evolved.

Since its inception, it has had all its evolutions, especially the technical fields and their propositions formats used in broadcasting. From the beginning of the stations to the present, it can identify the existence of two types of stations: trading, whose operation is subject to commercial enterprises or forms that regulate its spaces and community broadcasters, which had their reception in Latin America since few decades, laying the groundwork for the youth and adults currently showing renew interest different areas of Ecuador. One such station, is not considered poor programming, they are the people who take ownership of radio and those who make the grid in each area. With these features, it has demonstrated its interest in having the cantons located in the southern part of the province of Chimborazo, to have a means of communication itself, which has no cost and accessibility in order to make people that look the involvement of young people and adults, according to what is shown by a study in the area through bibliographical research, surveys of the public sector and interviews community radio managers to understand the functioning of the same. The population estimates the probability of forming a community radio station, an information center that can be shared with the other inhabitants. Thus, with the information collected, an implementation plan for the creation of a community radio station and the benefits it will provide to the south of the province of Chimborazo in the cultural and social sphere sector proposed.

Journalism is a race in which the social communicator, in this case the editor has to serve society, searching and analyzing facts or events that occur, second by second, in their environment and apply the different journalistic genres in the structure the information. Cultural heritage, is regarded as the very heritage of the past, with which it is identified and transmitted to the present and future generations, the heritage is classified into tangible and intangible, the first consist of physical objects and can be preserved and restored by some type of intervention and the second is made up their traditions. Sayausi parish is one of the most traditional and important parishes of the province of Azuay, dating from the time of the Cañarís, a settlement of trade between the Coast and the mountains. With the arrival of the Javerian priests in 1908, it was established as ecclesiastical parish with the name of San Pedro de Sayausi, with their assets that enrich their history and heritage church, school Javeriano, its symbols, its attractions, festivals, dances, traditional games, gastronomy and sport.
