However, the importance of ensuring the successful adoption of these applications is often underestimated. This has sparked curiosity in understanding the reasons that affect the acceptance of apps. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the variables that influence the adoption of various applications by creating a new Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to evaluate its relationship with the acceptance of the BodyUC mobile application, developed in the XR-LAB laboratory of the CIITT at UCACUE. Data collection was carried out through a hybrid or mixed approach using a questionnaire validated by experts, administered to 8 dental students from the University. The results reveal that the methodology proposed by the research is entirely reliable for its application in validating other applications.
