La metodología que se empleó fue a través del método cuantitativo con un enfoque no experimental de corte transversal; con un nivel de alcance descriptivo y explicativo, la técnica para recolectar la información fue la encuesta estructurada, para la implementación de la misma se utilizó dos cuestionarios ya establecidos para medir el burnout y funcionamiento familiar sin modificar las mismas, se trabajó con la totalidad del personal administrativo de la institución, la cual está conformada por 22 personas, se optó por dicha población porque tienen como finalidad velar por la seguridad e integridad de la ciudadanía, para cumplir con su propósito es primordial que su bienestar físico y emocional no se vean afectados por los conflictos laborables. En relación al resultado obtenido, se evidencian indicios significantes del burnout, aquejando considerablemente a los sujetos investigados. De los 22 encuestados 10 presentan inicios del burnout en la realización personal, 7 en cansancio emocional y 4 en despersonalización. Sin embargo, esta situación no influye en la funcionalidad familiar del universo estudiado, presuntamente estos individuos no involucran los aspectos profesionales con las familiares. Cabe mencionar que cuyas respuestas pueden carecer de veracidad por el sentimiento de compromiso, responsabilidad y confidencialidad con la entidad y el Estado, también es importante aludir que el temor de un posible desempleo puede estar ligado a esta derivación.This work deals with The burnout syndrome and its incidence on the family functionality of the administrative personnel of the 01d08 “Sígsig-Salud” district, aimed at analyzing the burnout syndrome and its influence on family functionality in administrative staff. The methodology used was the quantitative method with a non-experimental crosssectional approach, with a descriptive and explanatory scope level, the technique to collect the information was the structured survey. For its implementation, two already established questionnaires were used to measure burnout and family functioning without modifying them; we worked with the entire administrative staff of the institution, which is comprised of 22 people; this population was chosen because their purpose is to ensure the safety and integrity of citizens, to fulfill their purpose their physical and emotional well-being mustn't be affected for business disputes. Concerning the result obtained, significant signs of burnout are evidenced, considerably affecting the investigated subjects. Of the 22 respondents, 10 present the onset of burnout in personal fulfillment, 7 in emotional exhaustion, and 4 in depersonalization. However, this situation does not influence the family functionality of the universe studied, presumably, these individuals do not involve professional aspects with family members.
