A study was conducted with a quantitative framework, non-experimental design, cross-sectional approach, and descriptive-correlational scope. Information was collected through a survey based on a Likert scale with a total population of 27 workers. The data were processed using the structural equation model in SmartPLS4 software. The instrument showed high reliability, with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.982 for both variables. The results indicated a positive and high-magnitude association between the work environment and human talent management with a path coefficient of β = 0.988 and a determination coefficient R² = 0.975, indicating that, within the estimated model, the work climate explains 97.5% of the variability observed in human talent management, without this result alone making it possible to establish a causal relationship. Moreover, motivation was the most representative dimension of human talent management, while decisions and expressing opinions stood out within the work environment. It is concluded that a positive work environment is related to a favorable assessment of human talent management in the two restaurants studied, which supports the proposed relationship hypothesis.
