Este anteproyecto se basa en una minuciosa indagación tanto en el terreno como en fuentes bibliográficas, abordando aspectos relacionados con la arquitectura moderna y tradicional del sector, los materiales de construcción, la gestión del entorno natural y la sostenibilidad. Estos elementos sirven como fundamentos teóricos para desarrollar una propuesta coherente y en armonía con el medio ambiente en la zona de intervención. La propuesta se centra en la implementación de desarrollo del anteproyecto, además que incorporan estrategias sostenibles, adoptando principalmente un enfoque predominante en el bahareque. La tipología resultante es homogénea, destacando las características de los diferentes referentes analizados como la distribución de sus espacios de manera que se respete el valor paisajístico, causar el menor impacto sobre el espacio natural, haciendo que el proyecto arquitectónico forme un vínculo entre el ser humano y la naturaleza.This research, titled "Preliminary Project of the Delta Tourist Lodge in the Paute River, with the application of sustainability strategies, belonging to Paute," aims primarily to create a facility that contributes to mitigating the lack of areas for recreation, relaxation in Paute, especially in the Guarainag parish. This preliminary project is based on a meticulous investigation in the field and in bibliographic sources, addressing aspects related to modern and traditional architecture in the sector, construction materials, natural environment management, and sustainability. These elements are theoretical foundations for developing a coherent and environmentally harmonious proposal in the intervention zone. The proposal focuses on implementing the draft development and incorporating sustainable strategies, mainly adopting a predominant focus on wattle and daub.
