A quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and non-experimental approach was employed. Perceptual data were obtained through a survey administered to 82 owners or managers; in addition, the financial records of the enterprises for the 2022–2025 period were retrospectively analyzed. Relationships between constructs were estimated using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling), and the annual evolution of financial indicators was examined using the Friedman test and Kendall's W coefficient. Geographic location (β = 0.198; p = 0.048) and service quality (β = 0.333; p = 0.012) showed positive and significant associations with permanence. Value co-creation (β = 0.386; p = 0.002) and technological adoption (β = 0.222; p = 0.019) were significantly associated with growth. The other four hypotheses did not receive statistical support. Although assets and sales revenue showed increasing descriptive trends, the differences between years were not statistically significant. The results distinguish the factors associated with permanence from those linked to growth, without establishing causal relationships or permitting automatic generalizations beyond the analyzed enterprises.
