El objetivo de esta revisión bibliográfica fue conocer mediante la literatura el grado de satisfacción curricular en los Estudiantes Universitarios del área de la Salud, en la Carrera de Odontología. La metodología empleada para el desarrollo de esta investigación se basó en la búsqueda de literatura en Bases de Datos indexadas como Scopus, Pubmed, Scielo y Web Of Science mediante el uso de criterios de búsqueda y operadores booleanos “or” y “and” con respecto a los términos: Educación, Enseñanza, Salud, Pedagogía y Percepción. Se determinó que el nivel de Insatisfacción Curricular es significativamente perceptible para los estudiantes puesto que mencionan no tener lo ofrecido por los Centros de Estudios Superiores o percibir que no se cumple a cabalidad lo propuesto en la malla curricular, sin embargo el nivel de aceptación y aprobación de la malla curricular es mayor con relación al factor anterior, considerando que los avances y actualizaciones realizadas por los Centros Universitarios en beneficio de la preparación profesional, es idónea.The Evaluation of the Students’ Training Level of Satisfaction with the curricular plan and teaching methods permits identifying the university community’s needs to improve the quality of university instruction, which entails guaranteeing professionals with high academic standards and relevant professional profiles. Through the literature, this bibliographic review aimed to know the degree of university students’ curricular satisfaction in the area of Health in the Dentistry Career. The methodology used to develop this research was based on the literature search in indexed databases such as Scopus, PubMed, SciELO, and Web of Science through the use of search criteria and Boolean operators “or” and “and” regarding the terms Education, Teaching, Health, Pedagogy, and Perception.
