Universidad Católica de Cuenca.13BT-D2023-AB-105https://dspace.ucacue.edu.ec/handle/ucacue/15029En el presente artículo sobre el Derecho al Olvido y la necesidad a la protección de el Buen Nombre en el Ecuador, se hizo evidente la falta de medios objetivos, que lleguen a garantizar el Derecho al Olvido, este ha afectado el Buen Nombre de la persona en el Ecuador, por lo tanto la importancia de aplicar el tema en la sociedad es llegar a obtener acciones judiciales efectivas que garanticen el derecho al olvido y protejan el buen nombre de la persona, para ello el objetivo fue el analizarlo de una manera jurídica con la Constitución de la República, doctrina y jurisprudencia, para garantizar el efecto cualitativo de la investigación donde se logro contar que existe falta de norma objetiva en el ordenamiento Ecuatoriano, que a pesar de estar dentro del hábeas data y acceso a la información no cumplen con respaldar la protección del buen nombre.In this article on the Right to be Forgotten and the need to protect the Good Name of Ecuador, it became evident there is a lack of objectivity that guarantees the Right to be Forgotten, this has affected the Good Name of the person in Ecuador, therefore the importance of applying the subject in society is to obtain effective judicial actions that guarantee the right to be forgotten and protect the good name of the person.
