Examining relevant literature, encompassing scientific articles and empirical studies yields insights into students’ language needs, teachers’ challenges, and teachers’ perceptions of ESP when teaching in Hotel Services. These results are significant for educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers, as they can enhance ESP education and equip students for successful careers in the hotel industry.
