In which the analysis of two types was carried out of aggregates from the Santa Isabel and Cochancay quarries to verify if complies with the gradation limits established in the Ecuadorian Standard NTE INEN 872, to then establish a master mix design using ACI method 211 to well-graded aggregates and the Fuller and Thompson graphical method for aggregates that do not meet the granulometric specifications, using Guapán Type IP cement and Holcim Type GU cement. The results of the compression behavior tests were carried out at 7.14 and 28 days in cylindrical test tubes of 10 cm in diameter and 20 cm in height, where estimated that with the addition of 0.5% of steel fiber to the concrete mix, it was obtained an increase of 17.5% for Guapán Type IP cements and 28% for cement Holcim Type GU of the compressive strength value of simple concrete. In Regarding the results obtained from the flexural behavior, it was tested on beams 15*15*53 cm prismatics after 28 days of curing, in which in this work of titration reveals that the specimens with the addition of 1% steel fiber reach a higher flexural resistance of 34% compared to simple concrete for Guapán Type IP cement and Holcim Type GU cement with 1% steel fiber added to the concrete, it achieves 39.6% of the flexural strength for simple concrete.
