In this sense, the present investigation aimed to develop a business plan with a sustainable approach for business strengthening based on the housing deficit problem that exists in the city of Cuenca and identify how profitable it is for the consolidation of the company CONSTPROVIS CIA LTDA. This differentiation was based on the design of each housing unit built; additionally, the necessary strategies in terms of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) were carried out to achieve market positioning. The methodology used was practical because a business plan proposal was developed for the construction company CONSTPROVIS CIA LTDA based on the theoretical framework and the market study. A generic approach of price differentiation was established to take advantage of the market potential, low prices, services that meet the needs of the potential market, and, in turn, a series of strategic definitions established through a SWOT analysis which allowed the specification of a business plan that matched the objectives and capabilities of the company CONSTPROVIS CIA LTDA; allowing the business to present the appropriate strategies to have a sustainable growth and future potential within the industry.
