dc.description	El presente trabajo está destinado a cumplir un objetivo fundamental: presentar una propuesta de regeneración urbana en el barrio Santa Marianita del cantón Saraguro.\nSe divide en cinco capítulos explicados mediante fotografías, gráficos y para cada análisis se utilizó el levantamiento de infromacion en campo, socialización a la población e investigación bibliográfica. El contenido de los capítulos se detalla a continuación.\nSe realiza una breve indagación de temas relacionados a la regeneración y a los elementos que compone una ciudad para luego pasar a revisar la historia del canton, y del barrio, ubicar y delimitar el área en estudio con el fin de facilitar la referencia hacia este prestigioso barrio. El reconocimiento actual, el análisis físico- espacial antes de proponer el anteproyecto se hace necesario con el fin de conocer sus fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y potencialidades que este lugar posee. Otro de los factores importantes que se tomará en cuenta para establecer una propuesta, es el análisis sensorial y social, con el cual se indica las diferentes emociones que surgen del barrio y que tipo de habitante vive en el. De esta manera se termina elaborando la propuesta de Regeneracion del barrio que presenta un mal aspecto, dando un tratamiento que mejorará la imagen del mismo, creando áreas recreativas; de ocio e infantiles, que armonizan entre las edificaciones existentes y la naturaleza, así como se plantea un nuevo acceso que minimizará accidentes vehiculares a futuro.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	This paper is intended to meet a fundamental objective: to present a proposal for urban regeneration in the neighborhood of Santa Marianita, canton Saraguro.\n\nIt is divided into five chapters explained by photos, graphics and for each analysis the field survey, the population socialization and bibliographical research were used. the content of the chapters is listed below.\n\nA brief investigation of issues related to regeneration and the elements that form a city and then move to review the history part of the canton and the the neighborhood, locate and delimit the study area in order to facilitate the reference to this prestigious neighborhood. the current recognition, physics-space analysis before proposing thedraft is necessary in order to know their strengths, weaknesses, threats and potential that this place has. another important factor to be taken into account to establish a proposal is the sensory and social analysis, in which the various emotions that arise from the neighborhood and what kind of inhabitant lives here. thus it ends elaboration the proposal and regeneration which has a bad appearance giving it a treatment to improve its image by creating entertainment and children's recreational areas harmonizing with the existing buildings and nature, as well as a new access that will prevent vehicular accidents in the future.	es_ES
