dc.descriptionLa investigación, para quien en un futuro desarrolle, servirá como punto de partida para el monitoreo de la cartera vencida de los socios de la Cooperativa de Ahorros y Créditos CREA Ltda., indicando en que trámite legal se encuentra, mejorando los procesos de cobranzas que en la actualidad mantienen, dando un valor agregado al desarrollo de las actividades de la institución financiera. La Plataforma informática on-line que se implementan en base a los lineamientos del análisis y diseño de esta investigación para el área judicial de la Cooperativa será la herramienta de apoyo en la toma de decisiones. El proceso de cobranzas tendrá un sistema bien planificado con una excelente capacidad de negociación, privilegiando los intereses financieros de la institución.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThe research , for whom in the future development , will serve as a starting point for monitoring NPLs of the members of the Cooperative Savings and CREA Ltda Credits . , Indicating that legal process is improving the processes of collection that currently they hold , giving an added value to the development of the activities of the financial institution. Computer online platform that are implemented based on the guidelines of analysis and design of this research to the judicial area of the Cooperative will be the tool to support decision making . The collection process will have a well- planned system with excellent negotiation skills, privileging the financial interests of the institution.es_ES
