dc.description"En esta investigación se determinará el debilitamiento del sistema judicial del Ecuador por el ejercicio desmedido del control administrativo a los jueces, que pone en riesgo el principio de independencia judicial. El enfoque de este trabajo permite entender la importancia del rol de un juez al tomar sus decisiones que deberán estar conforme la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, los Instrumentos Internacionales de Derechos Humanos y a la ley, es decir, teniendo una actuación transparente e independiente, sin presión social o política alguna, por último se analizará la responsabilidad administrativa y los procesos sancionatorios que se realizan a los jueces, tomando como base el error inexcusable o el error de buena fe con aplicación de destitución "es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this investigation was to determine the weakness of the Ecuadorian judicial system because of the excessive performance of administrative control to the judges, which puts at risk the principle of judicial independence. The approach of this work not only allows to understand the importance of the role of a judge in decision making that must match with the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, but also the International Human Rights Instruments and the law itself, in other words judges need to have a transparent and independent action without social or political interests. Finally, the administrative responsibility and sanctioning processes that are carried out on judges was analyzed, which based on the inexcusable error or the good faith error with application of removal.es_ES
