The current study aimed to determine the methodological approaches that promote the learning process in children with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) at a high school grade level. The research was a qualitative bibliographical review with a descriptive analysis; up-to-date and valid data was collected in relationship with the variables under study. This allowed determining the methodological strategies used by teachers to teach children with ADD and contributed to the design of the methodological guide that supports teachers in educational institutions to address methodological techniques correctly to improve children's attention and concentration. In conclusion, the methodological strategies used are based on recreational activities with an engaging approach to catch the children's attention through cooperative work and discovery learning. They enable knowledge acquisition and help them acquire the skills and abilities expected at a high school level.
