- ÍtemAcceso AbiertoChatbots para la detección del engaño en síntomas del covid-19(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Jiménez Suárez, Jhonatan Alexander; Cobos, Juan Carlos; 2200235998The purpose of this development was to design and implement an automated system based on a Chatbot, which can detect deception in symptoms related to COVID-19. With this proposal, it was considered necessary to have a tool capable of discovering falsehood, through the interaction of the human with an automated system (Chatbot), which also serves as a technological tool to contribute to the fight against the scourge of the Coronavirus, which still represents one of the main problems that afflict all countries worldwide. the other hand, IBM Watson was applied for development, together with Python libraries, which was supported through the implementation of best software development practices. In addition, the development methodology called waterfall (Waterfall) was used, taking into account each of the steps established by this method. Likewise, the tests of the system were carried out through the Chatbot tests to a group of volunteers who offered to carry out the system checks and with the data collected to obtain the evaluations of the application. Finally, as a result obtained, the development and implementation of the system was achieved, achieving effective interaction with users. Likewise, the functionality tests applied to the system yielded a high precision result for the detection of deception in symptoms of COVID-19, being able to conclude that computer tools are useful in supporting the human being to perform tasks efficiently and with high levels of accuracy. reliability standards.
